She Always Stopped For Flowers
Some people walk through life quickly.
Always rushing somewhere.
Always chasing the next thing.
But not her.
She always stopped for flowers.
Wildflowers growing beside roads.
Tiny flowers pushing through cracks in sidewalks.
Bright flowers hanging from balconies.
She noticed them all.
Every single time.
While the rest of the world hurried forward, she somehow found beauty hiding in ordinary places.
That was one of the first things I loved about her.
She taught me how to slow down.
How to notice things.
How to appreciate moments before they disappeared.
